You will be responsible for market research, analyzing product performance, and providing data-driven insights to help shape product development and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Client and Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, product vision, and user needs.
• Cross-Functional Team Cooperation
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to identify and resolve issues, challenges, and bottlenecks in the product lifecycle.
• Project Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, requirements, user stories, and change requests.
• Technical Deliverable Reviews
  • Conduct reviews and validations of technical deliverables to ensure they align with product specifications and quality standards.
• Product Roadmap Contribution
  • Support the delivery of product requirements and contribute to long-term product roadmaps based on data insights and customer needs.
• Project Management Support
  • Work closely with the Project Manager on end-to-end project execution, managing risks, dependencies, and tracking project progress.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in product analysis or similar roles in the software/IT industry.
• Skills
  • Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in documenting business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
