Description
Having good knowledge of circuit simulation and designing
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Should have deep knowledge of different semiconductors/devices used in a circuit
- Components like diode, power diode, BJT, MOSFET,SCR , IGBT, UJT, etc. and their switching circuits, Snubber circuits, Firing circuits, Protective circuits and their types, etc. and should understand all the terminologies and concepts given in the manufacturers' data sheets of these individual components
- Knowledge of Control system and its components
- Knowledge of different types of drive schemes such as scalar control(V/f control), vector control (closed loop control system)
- Knowledge of the motor drives and AC to DC, DC to AC, AC to AC and DC to DC converter circuits , Choppers, Controllers designing
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Preferably M.tech in Power Electronics
- Experience: 2-3 years
