Description Key Responsibilities -The candidate will be responsible in coordinating IT projects from the initiation and scoping to the closing phase. -As a Project Coordinator, the person would be responsible for planning and executing projects and ensure that projects reach their logical closure in accordance with the set framework (scope, deadlines, budget etc.). The role will include working on project proposals, continually coordinating with internal/ external stakeholders, delivering project progress reports, tracking milestone achievements and ensuring project closure in an effective and efficient manner. Ensuring that invoicing is done accurately as per the defined processes. -The Candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Design and Development , as well as directly with clients, to ensure the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities: -Assist the Marketing/Sales team in the definition of project scope and objectives, financial + time estimates, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. -Engage with the Team leaders to facilitate the process of distilling requirements into Design & Development tasks. -Take care of the complete execution of project from project initiation, plan, execution, monitoring/control and closure. -Ensure resource availability and plan resource allocations accordingly. -Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget -Create and maintain comprehensive Project documentation, Schedule preparation, Handling financials and People management. -Take care of all project risk and issues. Take the ownership of Risk mitigation process. -Regularly participates in overall Resource & Sales / Marketing pipeline planning. -Responsible for Daily, Weekly updates/stand-up meetings with leadership team. -Provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis. Experience: - 1+ years of experience in core project management - 1+ years of experience working within UX Design, Frontend and Backend development environments - At least 1 year of experience in an Agile development environment - Experience working on scrum team guidelines is a plus - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc..) - PMP Academy Certified Project Manager would be a plus - Knowledge of Project Management tools like Trello, Jira, etc is a plus - Proven working experience in project management in leading customer facing projects Skills: - Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality - Remote people management skills - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Fluency in English and excellent communication skills both - oral and written English - Ability to pick up new areas and work on a Consultant Profile as well
