Job Summary
Job Description
An ideal candidate for this profile will be responsible for end-to-end execution of projects and should have sound knowledge of business analysis tools like preparing user stories, business requirements documents (BRD), Software Requirement Documents SRS, and UML diagrams.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Prioritising initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Skill's & Experience
- A bachelor s degree in business or a related field or an MBA.
- Knowledge of Blockchain techniques and Crypto developments such as ICO/IEO/STO, Crypto Coin/wallets/Trade exchange platforms centralised and decentralised, NFT, and security mechanisms.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Should be an excellent team player to work with the development team on client requirements.
Education
- A bachelor s degree in business or a related field or an MBA.
