Job Summary

Job Description Role & responsibilities To be part of the SAP HR team in order to architect the solution design. Analysis of business requirements. Design and implementation of full solutions (Including testing and User Acceptance Testing Support) Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues. Work effectively with Subject Matter Experts as well as with the business community. The IT HR role is expected to help with development aspects relating to Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Personnel Relations, Recruitment, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Contractor Activity Timesheets (CATS), Personnel Development, Learning & Development, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits etc.. Knowledge of 3rd party tools such as TALEO, ADP, Pro business, Brightcove, Paylocity is an added plus along with interfacing of these tools into SAP. SuccessFactors and other HR tools experience is preferrable. Extensive experience in configuring and customizing SAP HR and HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Benefits and Payroll. Demonstrate ability to analyze and optimize HR processes, leveraging HR tools In-depth knowledge of data migration and integration between SAP HR, HCM, and Third Party Systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting. Experience in managing and resolving complex HR system issues, Requirement analysis and interacting with customers to resolve the queries/questions to their best satisfaction. Carrying out customization changes as and when required. Interacting with technical/ cross-functional consultants for successful resolution of an issue. Risk assessment of the changes. Defining Functional Specifications for new developments and maintaining the documents related to the change in the system. Drafting & Executing the test cases and testing the new developments/ configurations across development and quality environments in R/3 system. Conducting End User training with respect to HR tools as & when required Customizing HR application as per client requirement. Experience in writing complex Time & Payroll PCRs Defining potential improvements to processes and systems that can lead to enhancements. Defining security profiles. Assisting in the project management of IT HR application projects. Implementing Payroll solutions. UAT and Regression testing- completion and script writing. Advising colleagues on SAP HR/PY matters. Providing business consultancy within the HR business Process sector. Liaising with third part SAP technicians, stakeholders (both internally and externally). Responsible for the investigation and resolution of problems on a day-to-day basis. Preferred candidate profile Years of Experience: 7 10 into SAP HCM. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Must have excellent communication skills written and verbal. SAP HR (all core modules Payroll, OM, PA, PD, etc.)
