Job Summary
- Product release content delivered with every product release, including release notes, online help, demo videos, feature guides, user guides, admin guides etc.
- Product briefing slide decks, demo videos and training content for various personas including end users, administrators, partners, internal employees etc.
- Reviewing, editing, and updating technical documents like installation guides, support guides, troubleshooting guides, FAQs etc.
- Creating product marketing content like web pages, datasheets, case studies and whitepapers
- Ensuring effectiveness and quality of documentation at par with benchmarks set by global enterprise software products.
- Evaluating the effectiveness and ease of understanding of all artifacts and continuously gathering feedback from the audience consuming these documents.
- Owning and updating internal documentation guidelines and templates to ensure document artifacts are standardized in terms of format and writing style.
Experience Required :
