Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
Evaluate and select cutting-edge technologies to enhance product capabilities.
Conduct research and experimentation to validate feasibility of technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentor engineering teams for optimal implementation.
Define and implement best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

Product Development & Innovation

Ensure seamless integration of security, performance, and usability in product design.
Modernize the tech stack and development methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Minimize technical debt and drive continuous improvement across the engineering team.
Review high-level designs, ensuring alignment with technical and architectural goals.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, and Business) to drive innovation.
Support engineering teams in resolving technical challenges and optimizing performance.
Define scalable and cloud-ready architectures to meet enterprise security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

Education:
BE/B.Tech/MCA/PGDST or equivalent degree from a reputed institute.

Experience:
10+ years in software development.
5-8 years in software engineering, including 2-4 years in server application/system development.
2-4 years in software architecture and design, including cloud applications.
Strong experience in requirement analysis, impact assessment, and system design.
Proven ability in technology evaluation, decision-making, and guiding engineering teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Enterprise Software Development experience.
Experience developing on-premises deployed software.
Background in the Security domain.
Expertise in Endpoint & Server applications development.
Proficiency across multiple tech stacks and full-stack development.
Hands-on experience in API and SDK development.
