Job Summary 1. Collect Toll using various means of Payment. 2. Perform in Shifts in accordance with shift roaster to cover 24 hours a day 7 days a week. 3. Represent the Company to General public ensuring that information on the Tollway and its products is accurately disseminated. 4. Reconcile actual collection at the end of each shift and compare with tolls generated by the toll equipment. 5. Operate a point of Sale at time. 6. Process all kind of toll collection transactions in assigned Toll lane. 7. Operate the toll lane equipment. 8. Handle incidents in assigned toll lane, like payment default, equipment malfunction etc. in accordance with procedures. 9. Change ticket rolls, printer cartridges and other mechanical and electrical modules within Toll Booth. 10. Handling of Toll Collection. 11. Customer Service Educational Qualification : Graduation in any discipline Experience : 5 Years experience as Toll Collector in a Toll Plaza or equivalent system set-up Additional Requirement :

Maximum 30 Years
Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
