Requirements

• More than 7 years of overall experience in design, development, implementation, and support.
• Strong experience migrating datastores from OnPrem to Cloud using a hybrid cloud infrastructure
• Strong SQL and database development skills using RDBMS such as MySQL, MariaDB, and MSSQL
• Strong experience performing system-level DBA support of RDBMS such as MySQL, MariaDB, and MSSQL
• Strong experience designing and implementing AWS relational and NoSQL database services such as RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch, and Timestream
• Strong experience in setting up alerts and dashboards
• Deep technical understanding of AWS Infrastructure as a service & Platform as a service offering including managed services.
• Proficient with AWS services that support AWS datastores such as S3, Glue, Lambda, EC2, CloudWatch, DMS
• Solid understanding of application/datastore interactions such as transactions, multiple concurrent users, batch processing, and synchronous and asynchronous request/response patterns Highly proficient at exposing database services for configuration, resource usage, persistent logs, and health and consciousness monitoring
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Go, Java, etc
