Job Summary

Mandatory: B-Tech/ B.E Electrical.
Advantage: Knowledge of Networking ( TCP/IP knowledge, router and switch basic configuration or on Security Systems).
Preferable: Well experienced in electronic security systems and intrusion alarm system.

Mandatory: 3+ experience
Mandatory: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Product training or Technical Training.

Conduct technical training programs according to organizational requirements.
Training New recruits on Product and analyzing their skills.
Responsible for recommending research and developing training courses.
Responsible for preparing of customized training materials including videos and training delivery on need basis.
Conducting on-site Training program as per the site requirement.
Testing and certification of new products from R&D team.
Vendor management and Product documentation of new product.
Efficiency analysis of engineers and other departments.
Handling high End escalations from customers.
Accountable for maintenance of training records.
Interacting with customer/clients on their visit to understand their requirement, & take suggestions for improvement in product & training.
