Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the Client's 1st point of contact for client site locations in assigned region
  • Security project management
  • Security operational oversight of assigned regional client site locations
  • Security vendor KPI monitoring and reporting
  • Oversee Officer training and daily operations
  • Ability to work different hours to meet quarterly meetings with Client Corporate Security management personnel and emergency occurrences.
  • Act as regional first line responder to security and facility emergencies.
  • Assist in Officer documentation -Training Documents /Tracking Documents.

Required Skills

  • 5 Years Guarding Experience
  • 5 Years Supervisory Experience
  • 5 Years Customer Rep Experience
  • Microsoft Office Experience -Outlook, Excel - Medium Level Proficiency (data compilation and presentation), Power Point proficient
  • 5 Year Access Control and CCTV operational experience at the operator level (Genetec preferred)
  • 5 Years employee and Security Operations Center Management experience
  • Have proven experience with executive C-suite personnel interaction
  • Past experience with executive protection as a detail lead
  • Excellent Communication
