Job Summary Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead Human Resources professional to oversee and streamline all HR operations effectively. The role involves developing HR strategies, advising senior management, and implementing robust HR practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strategic mindset, lead HR programs, and foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy & Policy Development Plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations through effective HR policies, programs, and practices. Design and implement company policies and procedures to align with organizational goals. Develop and monitor comprehensive HR strategies, systems, and procedures across departments. 2. HR Operations & Systems Lead and manage HR projects, including revising compensation plans and implementing functional HRMS systems. Oversee payroll processes, performance evaluations, and employment contracts. Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of employee benefits programs and recommend improvements. 3. Employee Relations & Performance Management Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, performance management, and other employee relations matters. Provide expert advice and guidance to management on disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance issues. Drive the Performance Management System and ensure its successful implementation. 4. HR Analytics & Compliance Utilize data-driven HR analytics to improve critical processes, enhance productivity, and optimize employee satisfaction. Ensure compliance with grievance procedures, organizational policies, and applicable regulations. Maintain and update the HR handbook and policy manuals, communicating changes effectively to the workforce. 5. Leadership & Reporting Add value through people development and employee engagement initiatives. Prepare and maintain HR reports to support departmental functions and decision-making. Manage organizational communications for announcements and changes. 6. Audit & Documentation Assist with audits and ensure proper maintenance of employee personnel records. Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting. Essential Skills: Strong verbal and written communication. Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities. Expertise in performance management systems and employee development. Proficiency in documentation and presentation. Education & Experience Requirements: Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR leadership roles.
