Delivery Manager

As a member of the Railsfactory unit, you will help with guiding the team in various facets of the project with different hats that needs to be played.

Where you ll do it: This role is 100% remote or Hybrid (Chennai & Bengaluru)

An initial screening of the resume leads to a 4-stage interview process lasting atleast a week: 15-minute HR chat 30-minute Technical Round (sometimes paired with a short take-home exercise ) 30-minute call with the Operations Head to discuss the position & fit 1 -hour final interview with the CEO/CFO to assess a culture fit

What You'll do?

Guiding the development process and creating a high functioning team

Collaborating with technical leads to ensure successful delivery of development scope and goals

Managing relationships with team and clients ensuring a high degree of engagement resulting in a shared understanding of strategy, implementation and delivery realities

Managing and reporting on project timelines, deliverables and budgets

Close to 15 + years of more expertise of strong technical knowledge on any open source web technologies.

Ability to provide multiple solutions to a given problem statement.

Planning and managing project deliverables at the strategic and tactical levels

Time Management ,efficiency , ability to meet deadlines.
