Handling telephonic, email and walk-in enquiries for technical course and converting them into admissions.
Achieving revenue and collection targets.
Planning for enhancing conversion ratio.
Maintaining related trackers and reports on regular basis.
Updating the information in software system.
To create/ maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor product pitch according to their specifications.
