Job Summary
- Support and motivate team to perform and get desired results
- Develop, innovate/update, system and processes for easy tracking of placement activities across locations of the organization
- Track through the team performance of the candidates enrolled for placement by helping them consistently perform and get placed.
- Design and develop activities to improve placement of the candidates coordinating with various divisions of organization viz sales, ops and technology groups.
- Have strong connect with industry to generate placement opportunities for the candidates
- Plan strategic initiatives to increase visibility and Word of mount on placement division.
- Prepare and submit periodic MIS of the placement activity.
- Regular reviews of the performance of the team.
