Role Overview

As a Technical Project Manager at Seffcon Labs, you ll be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients, driving collaboration and delivering exceptional results. With the guidance and mentorship of senior project managers, you ll have the opportunity to sharpen your skills and grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client communication and manage relationships effectively.
• Collect and analyze project requirements to ensure clear, actionable deliverables.
• Utilize your knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile practices to manage project flow.
• Define work breakdown structures for each project task, and collaborate with the team on estimations.
• Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA) to track progress and milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, ensuring milestone deliveries are on track.
• Monitor the project schedule and ensure it is adhered to throughout the development cycle.
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings with development and QA teams to address progress, challenges, and feedback.
• Validate deliverables against original requirements, ensuring they meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Hold regular client meetings to gather feedback and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Initiate corrective actions when necessary to address any issues or delays.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring each is handled with the same level of commitment and professionalism.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals, maintaining high client satisfaction throughout the process.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with database design.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in web or mobile development.
