Key Responsibilities Looking for a dynamic salesperson with good communication and convincing skills. Maximize sales performance to achieve given revenue targets, maintaining coa, wirr and TPP/cross sell penetration as per the business requirement. Maintain low bounce rate and delinquency by good customer sourcing. Thorough knowledge of product and the market for driving the business and to avoid miss selling and proper adherence with the policy of the company. Device strategies to acquire new customers by finding potential market segmentation in the respective area. Achieve best in class productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of the sales process. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all customer instructions/files as per applicable processes/ circulars. Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile and the target segment (right sourcing).
