About the Role:

Serosoft, India s leading Educational ERP Software company, recognized by Deloitte Fast 50 and ET Growth Champion, is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to support and guide clients through their product journey. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients use our software solutions effectively to meet their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and document all client activity through the ticketing system.
  • Demonstrate expert-level product knowledge and configure customer data efficiently.
  • Understand customer challenges and provide effective, value-driven solutions.
  • Communicate proactively with clients via written and verbal channels.
  • Monitor accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and feature utilization.
  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and implementing business process improvements.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients for module usage and user adoption.
  • Troubleshoot software-related issues and define process flows.
  • Present product updates and roadmaps aligned with client needs and goals.
  • Generate dashboards and business reports to analyze usage metrics and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and enhance product offerings.
  • Travel to client locations as needed for project execution and relationship building.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 3 4 years of experience working with ERP or enterprise applications (preferably in the education domain).
