About the Role:
Serosoft, India s leading Educational ERP Software company, recognized by Deloitte Fast 50 and ET Growth Champion, is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to support and guide clients through their product journey. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients use our software solutions effectively to meet their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and document all client activity through the ticketing system.
- Demonstrate expert-level product knowledge and configure customer data efficiently.
- Understand customer challenges and provide effective, value-driven solutions.
- Communicate proactively with clients via written and verbal channels.
- Monitor accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and feature utilization.
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and implementing business process improvements.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients for module usage and user adoption.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and define process flows.
- Present product updates and roadmaps aligned with client needs and goals.
- Generate dashboards and business reports to analyze usage metrics and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and enhance product offerings.
- Travel to client locations as needed for project execution and relationship building.
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 3 4 years of experience working with ERP or enterprise applications (preferably in the education domain).
