About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager HR to oversee payroll, performance management, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of HR expertise, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to align HR processes with business objectives. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
    • Collaborate with department heads to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs.
  • Payroll & Compliance:
    • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
    • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Performance Management & Employee Development:
    • Lead the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development initiatives.
    • Work closely with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • HR Administration & Office Management:
    • Manage administrative functions, including vendor coordination, office management, and facilities maintenance.
    • Support employee well-being and ensure a productive workplace environment.
  • Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:
    • Address and resolve employee grievances promptly, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
    • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • HR Strategy & Business Alignment:
    • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies, best practices, and workforce planning.

Education & Experience:

  • Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or leadership role.
  • Prior experience in the IT industry is highly preferred.
