About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager HR to oversee payroll, performance management, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of HR expertise, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to align HR processes with business objectives. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs.
- Payroll & Compliance:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Performance Management & Employee Development:
- Lead the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
- HR Administration & Office Management:
- Manage administrative functions, including vendor coordination, office management, and facilities maintenance.
- Support employee well-being and ensure a productive workplace environment.
- Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:
- Address and resolve employee grievances promptly, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- HR Strategy & Business Alignment:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies, best practices, and workforce planning.
Education & Experience:
- Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or leadership role.
- Prior experience in the IT industry is highly preferred.
