Job Summary Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of ESG principles and frameworks i.e., GRI, SASB, TCFD, SFDR, IR etc.
  • Act as an ESG subject matter expert supporting internal teams, client, and partner relationships.
  • Supervising staff and monitoring quality standards.
  • Understanding customer expectations and needs.
  • Develop quality control processes.
  • Ability to develop KPIs and measure progress.
  • Engage with clients and partners to understand market needs, help manage risk, and maximize opportunities related to ESG and sustainability reporting.
  • Understand client workflows to implement and combine ESG data with other Management Information data (e.g., company financials, voting and activism information, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma and lean principles.
Job Requirement
  • Degree in business administration or sustainability field.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in ESG Data team or Quality team management.
  • Experience in process design/improvement/optimization, and/or systems thinking.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Six Sigma and lean principles,
  • Self-starter with ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Problem solving ability and able to prioritize and lead multiple tasks.
  • Strong communications skills required.
