REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Partner with Business Analysts to define user requirements, and map them to CRM application functionality.
• Perform platform development tasks related to CRM actions, plugins, and processes.
• Perform code reviews and participate in improving feedback loops for process maturity.
• Participate in bug triage and resolution, suggesting corrections and helping to maintain a stable production environment
• Required Experience:
• 2+ years of development experience with the Dynamics 365 product family (including Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, D365).
• 2+ years of development experience with C#, ASP.NET, or similar language.
• Customer Engagement.
• Field Services.
• Workflow/Plugin Development.
• 3rd Party API Integration.
