We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team at Shaligram Infotech LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a deep understanding of functional aspects, business processes, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the functional aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and customization.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and map them to Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities.
- Develop and deliver presentations, demos, and training sessions to clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the correct technical solution is implemented and meets client requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for CRM solutions.
- Perform gap analysis, define solutions, and create functional specifications.
- Assist in data migration, system integration, and testing.
- Work on functional documentation and guide junior consultants as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM features and updates to ensure the organization is leveraging the most current technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a functional consultant role.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.).
- Strong understanding of business processes, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Experience with solution design, configuration, and customization in Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.

- Location: Iscon Ambli Road, Ahmedabad (Work from Office Only).
