Job Summary
Multiple openings for voice process(Inbound and Outbound)
Location: Chennai - Department: Any Degree
1. Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
2. Candidate must have 0-2 years of experience in Customer Support Voice Process (Call Centre).
3. Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree can also apply.
4. Responsible For Dealing with either Domestic or International Clients.
5. Responsible For Dealing with Client Queries.
6. Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
7. Proficiency in Tamil/ English/ Hindi language is mandatory.
8. Must be willing to work 6 days in a week.
9. Willing to work at any shift.
10. Qualification: 12th Pass /U.G /Graduate can apply.
