Job Summary

The Job entails to aggressively oversee the product penetration with excellent product mix ratio and adding channel distributors across the territory and achieve agreed sales volumes from Markets.
The following would be the main objective of the job:
* Top-line Achievement of assigned Area : Achieve business targets w.r.t. Secondary and Primary Sales.
* Business Development : Responsible for developing and expanding Sales and Profitability of the company in the assigned area.
* People Management : Motivate and lead the team of Area Sales Executives (ASEs), Territory Sales Officers (TSOs), Territory Sales In charge (TSIs) to ensure achievement of Sales and Infrastructure targets.
