Job Summary Job Description:Regularly check system logs, CPU usage, memory usage, and network performance to ensure optimal functioning.Ensuring network security by implementing security protocols, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.Monitoring network performance, including bandwidth utilization, network latency, and packet loss, and taking corrective action as necessary to ensure optimal network performance.Diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues and taking corrective action to resolve problems.Maintaining the network by upgrading firmware, patching software, and replacing faulty hardware.Keeping accurate records of the network configuration, hardware, and software, and ensuring that network documentation is up to date.Providing technical support to users and assisting with issues.Planning for future network growth and expansion, including assessing the need for additional hardware and software, and developing a roadmap for future network development.
