Responsibilities:
Generate Business through Government Institutions and Major Corporate.
Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
Preparation of MIS reports for focused database for the target market & proper management decisions.
Training the team members.
Responsible for all major Sales Negotiations.
Project Management, Key Account Management and Development.
Building and maintaining relationships with architects, planning consultants, builders
Responsible for controlling the market receivables to manage credit figures
Developing and sustaining the existing network and effectively managing the supply chain, ensuring timely deliverables.
