Job Summary

KRoles and Responsibilities

1) Responsible for in process quality.

2) To take in charge of quality control activities.

3) Responsible for reduction of line rejection, rework and PPM.

4) Monitoring of re-work.

5) Final inspectors training.

6) Preparation of CAPA for rejection.

7) TPM circle activities.

8) Updating of respective documents and records on time.

9) Monitoring of First, Middle and Last Inspection.

10) Ensure 5S & 3C in the respective area.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E (Mech.) Regular stream with 6-8 years Working experience in the automotive industry.

Knowledge on Welding Process & Sheet metal parts.

Salary : INR 6,00,000 - 7,00,000 PA.
Qualification :
B.E (Mech.) Regular stream with 6-8 years Working experience in the automotive industry.

Experience Required :

6 to 8 Years
