Job Summary

Zero based costing of sheet metal, machining and forging parts.
Reviews supplier processes and tool construction to achieve target cost.
Responsible for costing and verifying supplier's manufacturing costs as well as Concentrating on investment for new project tooling.
Verification of sheet metal tooling and welding line investment.
Detailed cost analysis of parts & investment.
Accurate reporting and target setting
In depth working knowledge of a tooling discipline, with a tool making or manufacturing background.
Hold technical discussions with suppliers to identify and implement improvements in products and processes

Qualification :
Bachelor degree (BE) in Mechanical / Tool Engineering.

Experience Required :

Minimum 30 Years
