Required Qualification and Skills

• Successful track record in the field of philanthropy with strong understanding of not-for-profit program administration and fundraising concepts
• Knowledge of project management, exposure to legal and compliance would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as successful experience in negotiations and presentations.
• Ability to work with and elicit the support of Corporations, Individuals, Foundations and Government bodies
• Expertise in driving Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects smoothly and in a timely manner
• Scientific temperament and inquisitiveness in the fields of science and engineering
