Job Description : Shiva Clicksoft is seeking motivated MBA candidates to join our team as Sales Representatives. In this remote role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Shiksha Plus School ERP and Health Plus Hospital ERP software solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the education and healthcare sectors. Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Product Presentation: Conduct virtual presentations and demonstrations of our ERP software to potential clients, highlighting its features and benefits tailored to their needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and strategies.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Requirements:
Education: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Previous sales or business development experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Fresh MBA graduates with a strong drive to succeed are encouraged to apply.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with virtual sales tools, online meetings, and CRM software.
Self-Motivated: Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work with our sales and support teams.
Residence: Must work from the candidate's hometown or a location of their choice.
Availability: Full-time commitment, flexible hours as needed to accommodate client schedules.
