Job Summary

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

1. Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum of 12th pass or equivalent education.
  • Additional qualifications or certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
2. Age Requirement:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
3. Language Proficiency:
  • Fluency in Kannada and Hindi.
  • Strong communication skills in both languages for effective customer engagement.
4. Travel Commitment:
  • Must be ready to travel within Karnataka as required by the company.
  • Travel expenses will be provided by the company.
5. Identification Documents:
  • Should possess either Aadhar Card, Driver's License, or PAN Card for identification purposes.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned state.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, contractors, and distributors.
2. Product Knowledge:
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's screw and fastener product range.
  • Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and applications to potential customers.
3. Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide insights to the company on market demands and opportunities.
4. Customer Engagement:
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Sales Targets:
  • Set and achieve sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
6. Reporting:
  • Prepare regular sales reports detailing activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with the central team on a regular basis.
