Experience Required: 12+ Years
Desired Experience:
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect.
- Hands-on experience with software development and system administration.
- Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
- Knowledge of selected coding languages / frameworks (e.g. JS Framework, .NET Core, Databases, No SQL, etc.).
- Proven track record of architecting multiplatform web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and Cloud Platforms.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Organizational and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technology work-stream through the various life-cycle stages, from business need through design, delivery, and support.
- Architect, Design, Develop, and Test software for the solution to our clients.
- Plan and design the structure of a technology solution.
- Communicate system requirements to software development teams.
- Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.
- Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members.
- Assist with solving technical problems when they arise in a timely manner.
- Mentor development teams around sound design and coding practices.
- Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure.
- Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions.
- Create and improve software using design patterns, refactoring, and development best practices.
- Work closely with your UX, Product Management, QA, and Backend colleagues.
