Job Summary

Role Overview

This person is expected to handle large scale client roll-outs and should have some IT background along with strong project management skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage overall planning, execution and delivery of transitions and other key projects and ensure all client and business requirements are met on time and within budget
  • Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to effectively manage and deliver quality projects
  • Proactively identify, manage and document all risks and issues that may negatively impact a project and implement innovative ways to remove project obstacles
  • Track and manage end-to-end project lifecycle on MPP and all work requests, changes on JIRA/Confluence etc.
  • Driveachievement of projects/program success factors
  • Keep all the key stakeholders updated by delivering timely project reports and performance dashboards
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with clients during transitions and ensure that they have clear understanding on the systems/configurations/processes
  • Create standard hand-off documents which may include SOPs, escalation matrix, process maps, access management document, FAQ document etc.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in managing large, complex IT projects utilizing structured project management methodology/tools/approaches
  • Proven expertise in project estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, risk and issues management as well as status reporting
  • Previous technical background preferred
  • ITIL/CSM/PMP/Prince2 are good to haves
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
