Job Summary
  • Responsible for sourcing new products for online.
  • Managing Owned stock.(Outright Purchase)
  • Managing Inventory and Replenishment.
  • Vendor Management
  • Analyzing sell through, Stock Cover, In warding Status, weekly reports, Etc.
  • Involved in accounting, payment issues, warehouse issues, RTV issues, Legal issues, all procedures from sourcing the product till it gets live on site
  • Analyzing Gaps in assortment, brands.
  • Coordination with Vendor, Warehouse Team, Finance Team, Logistic team Etc.
  • Regularly track Competition's activities, consumer's needs & buying pattern.
  • Regularly reviewing performance indicators such as sales and discount levels.
  • Work with marketing and creative teams to come up with overall theme and promotion plans.
  • Extended support in increasing the sales by implementing various strategies such as product mix, Digital marketing Campaign ROI, Competitor Analysis, Gaps in product offering / activations and working towards solution, new technology, fast development and so on.
  • Initiated efforts & reviewed the season performance; worked on Plan VS Actual in terms of sales & inward, sell-in analysis, sell through analysis, category performance and product performance; managed the monthly product grading on the basis of performance (weekly sell-through and ROS) and strategies for future buying and liquidation

Qualification :
Graduate/Diploma in design/apparel merchandising, MBA-Marketing, NIFT (GMT/FD/Textile D&D), Pearl academy (IFTP), NIFT (AMMM)
