Job Summary
  • Responsible for identifying the right vendor for the required product
  • Working on the departments brief for product development along with the buyer & designer to make sure that the vendor has the production capacity & capability.
  • Following the critical path of the product and adhering delivery timeline
  • Ensuring the sampling is production friendly
  • Cost negation with the vendors for all the products
  • Ensuring PP samples are received before production has begun and are as per the approved sample. Also making sure they are approved on-time.
  • Vendor management adhere to their issues and concerns.
  • Identifying vendor gap and working to fill with either supporting the vendor or identifying an alternate vendor
  • working to foresee any concerns that may arise in delivers and/or production related issue
  • making sure that the vendor orders are as per their capacity.
  • Developing new weaves and textures as per the department brief and direction.
  • Advising the designers on the production feasibility of the new designed, costing.

Qualification :
Textile Designer
Experience Required :

6 to 8 Years
