Job Summary

Role Overview

This position requires someone who is a self-starter with a technical background and understands priorities and maintains transparency.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Completely understand the Project with the Clients

  • Plan and execute how the project will be carried out with the Tech Team, if not plan for the alternative way and intimate the plan with the Top management and execute with the Tech Team

  • Plan how many resources are required and timeline to complete the project

  • Detailed email to be sent to the respective client on day to day or weekly basis regarding the progress of the project until the project ends.

  • If any confusion arises in the project, schedule a call with the client, clarify and document the same over email.

  • You will act as the main point of contact for all the projects with the clients and ShopTrade Management.

  • You will be closely working with Technical Team and Design Team

  • You take up the responsibility to monitor all the projects and their status till the end of each project.

  • To make the work easy you will be using Hubstaff to track each and every project.

  • In the case of Retainer Clients, you will be raising monthly invoices and share with the CEO to process the payment.

  • If at all you face any shortage in helping hand with the team you shall hire a 3rd party agency or any freelancer to complete the project on time, or if time permits shall hire a new candidate as well.

  • It is a must to not miss any communication to or from the client and project delivery on time.

  • Any change in delivery time should always be communicated to management and the client in advance.


Skills Required

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and Web Applications, Ecommerce Development

  • Proven work experience in project management or as an associate/assistant product manager

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one s sleeves to get the job done

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong Business analysis skills and should know how to collect the requirement list from the client

  • Should be able to decide the project timeline and resources he required for a particular project.
