Role Overview

Your work will directly influence multiple teams and stakeholders, propelling ShopUp s mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end success of a product, process, or business function.
• Identify and deeply understand user pain points and business challenges.
• Decompose complex problems into manageable components and develop iterative solutions through new products, features, or processes.
• Create and maintain a strategic roadmap to guide product development and enhancements.
• Develop, implement, and manage new services, tools, and programs to optimize operations and align with company goals.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to balance quick wins with long-term benefits.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, operations managers, finance, supply chain, leadership, and merchants to deliver features and roll out products smoothly.
• Anticipate program roadblocks, manage escalations, and balance business priorities against technical or operational constraints.
• Define clear requirements, oversee metrics analysis, support development and testing phases, and lead product launches.
• Partner with designers to enhance user experience and product usability.
• Investigate issues and coordinate root cause analysis and resolution for escalations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional Experience:
• 4-6 years minimum experience in product management roles. Experience in software engineering is a plus.
• Educational Qualification:
• Engineering background preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong product management expertise.

• Experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
