We are looking for individuals who want to experience working on multiple moving projects, understand business deadlines and tackle challenging priorities.
  • You will be marketing jobs rolesby drafting engaging job descriptions and placing job descriptions across different platforms, such as job portals, social networking sites and industry-specific forums.
  • You will be creating custom job application flows. This includes configuration of a chatbot and competency-based assessments and creation of landing pages.
  • Candidate Management: This will include interacting with candidates via chat, email, or phone correspondence to ensure that they are updated at all times, interview scheduling and maintaining accurate and up to date candidate data
  • Analysing candidate pipelineand ensuring sufficient candidate volume that translates into high application completion rates
  • You will be Providing any otheroperational supportto the recruitment team including assisting with maintaining trackers, templates and guides.
