Job Summary
  • Designing and crafting national and international sales plans along with VP/GM Marketing for promotional support
  • Target management, team management. Responsible for entire SB sales team
  • Someone who is responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales personnel in an organization. The main responsibilities include setting up sales goals & quotas, developing a sales plan, analyzing data, assigning sales training and sales territories, mentoring the members of his/her sales team and to be involved in the hiring and firing process. He/She should be diplomatic enough to motivate the team as well as control the off-productive resources
  • Need someone who is a team player with a fire to close open-ended deals
  • Would be responsible for all reports generated by sales team on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Responsible for all client deals from booking till agreement level. Support CRM level queries till registration level whenever necessary
  • Qualification: Minimum 5-15 Years in real estate sales including exposures to banking and insurance sector. A PAN India role would be added advantage
  • Education: Any Graduate
