Job Role:- CNC Operator / Tuner Qualifications :- Techincal Degree OR Diploma / ITI Experience :- 1-3 year in any similar sector/industry. Location :- NOIDA (U.P) Job responsibility in brief Translate the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projects Ensure that every machine procedure is done in accordance with the strict guidelines of the company Follow all company safety protocol Inspect the work area and machines that were used during the day prior to leaving at the end of each shift Attend and actively participate in training classes and safety session Plans stock inventory by checking stock to determine amount available; anticipating needed stock; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying receipt of stock. Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters. Role Requirements: - Should be competent to manage the inventory, procedures and protocol set. - Good Technical & command skills. - Expertise in Analytical Tools. Compensation : Best in the Industry.
