We have an urgent requirement of Design Engineer- Tooling. Looking specifically from Pneumatic,Plastic mold, PDC, Sand casting, Jigs and Fixtures OR Tools industry. Qualification:- B.Tech Degree/ Diploma in Tool design/ Press tools Interviews are conducted immediately. Location Noida Responsibilitie includes:- - Tool design / Jigs and fixture Design, development, maintenance - Hands on software design and development work - Engineering tooling - Cost Reduction In tool Manufacturing of Vendors, Doing Vendors Follow Up - Knowledge of all type machines in tool room department - Molding/ PDC/ Jigs & Fixtures and VMC (Milling). - Handling the all types problem in any type of tool. - Development of the Production components on the machine & to set it for production. Preparing the quotations. - Process planning for manufacturing the various parts of Molding tools - Tool Design in 2D+3D (NX 8.0) Designing & drafting. - Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes. - Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes. - Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
