Job description:-

Shall be responsible for generation of business from all OEM dealerships (Trade-in / Exchange/ EOL), OEMs (Plant / Decommissioned/ EOL or Vintage/ Scrap) and their captive finance companies
Shall develop and maintain relationship with OEMs, Dealer Principle of OEM dealerships and key decision makers of captive finance companies. Shall also ensure amicable resolution of disputes
Shall direct, guide, mentor, supervise and evaluate the performance of the PMs and PEs of 2w/3w, CV and FE segments constantly. Target achievement for self and team to be evaluated constantly at Automall & State Level both.
Collectively as a team shall be responsible for sourcing saleable Inventory (With Right Reserve Price) from OEM s, their Dealerships and captive finance companies from the assigned territory
Shall ensure sign up with new clients, grow business from already active client base and reactivate and revive inactive relationships.
SPH and the team shall continuously coordinate with Demand team counterparts to ensure smooth disposal of sourced inventory through desired conversion / fulfilment of tagged stock.
Shall mandatorily promote and pitch all services offered by SAMIL Group, both CORE (Physical & Online Bidding, Private Treaty or Negotiate Sale) and ALLIED (Parking, Valuation, Documentation, Repossession, Logistics, Insurance / Finance, White Labelled Solution) to new clients as part of business development initiative
Shall directly drive all bulk deals personally
Shall share desired MIS and performance evaluation reports with seniors and clients as per requirement within set timelines ((Daily/Weekly/Monthly) & keep strong vigil on assets parked at Automalls beyond 60 days and also collection pending greater than 90 days / bill generation as per TAT
Shall mandatorily attend assigned client reviews whenever scheduled with all supporting data and MIS relevant for the meeting.
