Position : WFM Executive

• Preferable experience : Dialer Executive, with minimum 1+ years Experience in a call-centre environment,
• Package(CTC) : upto 18k
• Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Day shift) (6 Days working)
• Communication : Excellent communication skills in English
• Job location : Chennai
• Managing multiple campaigns on the dialer preferably for Insurance sales and Inbound processes (Experience of working on Ameyo, Genesis, Aspect predictive Dialer).
• Key Skills : Knowledge and experience in using a dialer system management Set up Outbound & Inbound campaigns and other strategies on dialer system to ensure quality of service in a blended contact centre environment.
• Prioritize activities to meet agreed timescales/ deadlines.
• Reasonably good communication skill.
• Daily administration of Dialer & related applications. Troubleshooting dialer issues and communicating with all level of management.
• Experience creation & setting up the campaigns, calling lists and managing campaign data.
• Analysing Internal team requirements and have a clear understanding of Technology deliverables.
• Generating maximum agent utilization and contact per hour, per download and per dial metrics.
• RTA this includes monitoring PRI lines, agents, utilization and compliance.
• Knowledge about Data uploads and scrubbing,Excel
