Roles and Responsibilities

1- Recruit and develop Life Insurance Advisors(Sales Associates) and Team Leaders-both off roll.

2- Generation of new business from Life Insurance Agencies and Team Leaders .

3-Meeting weekly . Monthly , Quarterly and yearly Sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Minimum Graduation .

Age: Not more than 35 Years.

Local candidates, Immediate joiners and with own vehicle only need to apply.

2 Years Experience in any BFSI & NBFC Sales, agency, retail & Banking and 1+ year in Team Handling Experience
