Job Summary Candidate Roles & Responsibilities:-


  • Responsible for Individual Sales targets.
  • Understand and identify customer needs and suggest right Life Insurance products the Company has to offer
  • Zero Customer Complaints and Escalations.
  • Making outbound calls and Convert leads, No Miss selling
  • Achieve the sales target for every month (Tele Sales) without any deviation in the process and with zero customer escalations
  • Required Candidate profile
  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum 6 months Experience in Tele sales / Customer care / Tele-calling / Telemarketing/Domestic BPO
  • Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil), Soft Spoken & Pleasing Skills.
  • Good in Relationship Building

1.Age: 25-40 years

2.Education: Any graduate

3.Location: Across Pan India but Hindi speaking candidates needed

4.Job Profile: Looking for Part time Jobs
