Role: MT/SE/AM product management, reporting to AGM segment solutions and product management

Job Description

• Reviewing the product portfolio with respect to channel needs and market positioning regularly
• Sharing inputs with channel representatives on product mapping and distribution fitment
• Preparing business case for new product development/ restructuring/ withdrawal
• Ensuring that the required consumer/distribution research for new product development is commissioned and results are incorporated in the business case.
• Preparing content for product marketing material and suggesting marketing strategies, communication plan, campaign strategies and rolling them out in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing MIS related to products and analysing the trends
• Reviewing product related content prepared by internal stakeholders
• Managing product related information on the website
• Maintaining repository of product related documents and certificates for current as well as withdrawn products

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0-2 years. Preference for candidates with at least 1 year in life insurance industry in product management, sales, training or operations role
• Qualification: MBA
• Required expertise: Communication, Content Development, Document Management, Product Analysis (marketing and financial aspects) & MIS Preparation
• Essential skills: MS Excel (expert level), MS PowerPoint (expert level) and MS Word
• Preferred skills: Designing and Creative Writing
