Job Description

Scope

Specific Terminal Operation and Maintenance - Safety in Operation and Maintenance in Terminal - Plant Operation like Bulk Tanker Loading/Unloading, Quality Checks, Trouble shooting at customer premises, Stock Verification, Safety Checks & Periodical Statutory testing.

1. Terminal - Loading / Unloading of Tankers implementing Loading / Unloading of tankers activities as per planned by Terminal Engineer, Procedures and schedules with efficiency. Ensure Production related quality aspects. Ensure correct Tolerance Limits by Statistical Quality control on day to day basis.

2. Maintenance - Implement Equipment Preventive Maintenance Schedules and Manage (Nil) equipment Breakdowns. Minimize Down Time. Indent Spares to Terminal Engineer for effective Maintenance. Undertake Maintenance audits. Stores Management.

3. Safety - Implementing Safety Calendar. Responsible for Daily Safety audits, reporting of Accidents, near misses, Usage of PPE, Ensure Proper House Keeping of Plant.

4. Plant Operation - Bulk loading planning, quality control, maintaining of Plant registers, Equipment data registers, Special Assignment related to Projects.

5. Shipment Activity - Ensure safe unloading operation of shipment, unloading data calculations; ensure ship unloading with full efficiency.

6. Stock Accounting - Submission of everyday dispatch weighbridge report to Terminal Engg.

7. Engineering Stores - Stock Accounting of Consumable items and Material Inward or outward from the stores submission of closing stock of Consumable items to Terminal engineers on day to day basis.

8. Support - Provide Support on trouble shooting and Safety to Technical Team on need basis related to markets around Terminal.

Experience : 1- 3 years of work experience
