ABAP Skillsets required:

Independently responsible for the overall technical design, Development and Implementation of all Technical (ABAP) aspects of SAP projects. Ready for hands on development work.

Must have expert level knowledge related to new and existing technical objects (RICEFW) including SAP script forms, SAP script print programs, and Smart Forms, Workflow and Adobe.

Must have SME level knowledge related to Object Oriented ABAP, Performance Enhancement techniques, knowledge in WebdynPro, User-exits, ALE, IDOCS, BAPI s, BADI s, RFC and ETL interfaces(inbound/outbound).

Preferred:

(a) ABAP Certified.

(b) Having knowledge or work experience in new areas (HANA, Fiori)

ABAP Skill-sets desirable:

(a) ABAP Certified.

(b) Having knowledge or work experience in new areas (HANA, Fiori)

(c) exposure to new ABAP 7.4/7.5

(d) BRF+ (Business rule framework) plus.

(e) Basic process knowledge of SAP functional modules.

(g) working experience of on-shore/off-shore working model

(h) Follow standard coding practice. Able to code review effectively.

Role Responsibilities:

Looking for energetic SAP ABAP SME level Technical manager looking to work in new areas and with strengths in problem solving, collaborating with others, good communication skills and attention to detail.

Candidates must have past record of leading small / big teams of technical resources and who has experience of working with business / clients and functional SMEs. Candidate should be able to independently drive a technical solution per client needs.

Should have the knowledge and experience to be able to guide / hand-hold junior- senior ABAP developers to translate business/functional requirements into clear technical design specifications and related documents.

Participate & contribute to code review activities, resolve design issues and perform functional QA reviews, work closely with Testing/ Business / Functional resources to support system and integration SAP testing.
