Job Summary Minimum Experience 12 years Functional Area Banks / NBFs/ Financial institutions Educational Qualification B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MSc Comp.Sci with MBA preferred Roles and responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of the company s information technology resources and support facilities including all computer systems, applications, hardware, networks, Internet & Intranet and all related software programs.
  • A. Domain Knowledge
  • Must have prior experience of successfully implementing and managing IT initiatives in BFSI domain.
  • Experience of implementing and managing Business Intelligence initiatives.
  • Experience of preparing IT Budgets, tracking planned vs actuals and MIS reports to management.
  • Having knowledge of NBFC processes such as Corporate Lending, Treasury function, basic accounting processes will be an added advantage.
  • With knowledge of both business processes and technological infrastructure, this position aligns the organizations technology deployment strategy with its business strategy.
  • B. Technical Knowledge
  • Experience of PMO for managing the implementation of large scale software, hardware, networking and cloud initiatives. Must know project management techniques such as Agile and PMP.
  • Experience of implementing and managing Business Intelligence BI initiative using various BI tools such as Informatica, MS-BI, Tableau, Clikview etc.
  • Experience of setting and managing DC/DR and BCP using various Cloud Management services such as Microsoft Azure, AWS etc.
  • Develop, implement and monitor Cyber Security Framework across the complete IT landscape of the organization.
  • Experience of implementing and managing applications such as LOS, LMS and Accounting will be an added advantage.
  • Experience of software development in any of the following will be a plus, .net, java, php, python, SQL, Oracle, Apache, IIS, Weblogic
  • C. Implementation
  • Implementation of IT Policy to operational level, involving IT strategy, value delivery, risk management and IT resource management.
  • Stringent Adherence to Master directions of RBI as amended from time to time in respect of Information Technology framework as applicable to the Company, including: Formulating an IS policy for an IS framework and ensuring cyber security, vulnerability management.
  • Cost reduction of operations by leveraging the digital shift.
  • Ensure IT Risk Assessment, safeguarding information assets that are used by Mobile Applications to provide services to customers, mitigating social media risks etc.
  • Guidance and support for Preparation of Software Requirement Specification (SRS) to users
  • Design and customize technological systems and platforms to meet regulatory guidelines and business needs.
  • IT Training including training of all IT software(s) which are implemented in SICOM
  • Preparation and updation of training manuals for each software application(s)
  • Analyse the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions.
  • Coordinate with IT Steering Committee, external rating agency, RBI etc. for generation of reports and compliances.
  • Appointment of IT auditors, resolving queries of auditors and implementation of their suggestions.
  • Periodical and customized MIS reports, dashboards.
  • Any other work that is required for the role as per the RBI Master Directions and/ or assigned by Board/Management.
Reporting Authority Managing Director CTC offered Negotiable as per Industry standards
