Experience :15-20 Years Desired Profile Knowledge in handling litigations & non-litigations activities in Real Estate industry Key area of work

Monitoring policy making& strategizing in entite legal department/looking after & monitoring all litigations files for SIDDHA .

Time to time reviewing for scopes if any, for amicable settlement/monitoring & making teamwork for backing up day to day customer care issues, registration of conveyances, resolving queries raised by banks etc/monitoring & strategizing for purchase/ dvelopment of land & other properties on behalf of siddha/coordinating with solicitors , liasoning with external agencies, uphelding the goodwill of siddha .
